Planning on using the Alpine PXA-H701 sound processor with a non-Alpine
in-dash stereo? The RUX-C701 module controls all of the processor's
functions, allowing you to set your system just the way you want it.
The control module's large rotary knob, button, and 3" display make
tweaking your processor much easier. You can adjust equalizer settings,
improve the focus of your bass frequencies, change crossover settings
to enhance speaker efficiency, and maximize your Dolby® surround
settings. You can also engage MediaXpander to fill out your sound, and
boost the bass output. The display even gives you a 31-band spectrum
analyzer.
You can use the included microphone to apply time correction
settings in your vehicle so that information from all your speakers
hits your ears at the same time — your music will sound natural and
balanced. If you have an Alpine navigation system plugged into the
sound processor, you can use this module to set the volume of the voice
prompts that are delivered over your speakers.
Installation hardware is included so that you can mount the module in or on your dash or console.
