The special design of the GTO8627 speakers extracts maximum power from your car stereo or outboard amplifier for increased sound levels. The woofer cone boasts more surface area than similarly-sized speakers, further improving efficiency and increasing bass production. The woofer's design ensures tight, powerful output from mounting areas like door panels and package shelves.

The GTO8627 features the My-Ti™ tweeter, which blends mylar and titanium to broadcast smooth, well-controlled high frequencies. The speaker sports integrated high- and low-pass filters and a level control that allows you to tune the tweeter's output to your specific vehicle and listening taste. To improve imaging, you can aim the tweeter for the best possible stereo "sweet spot." Grilles are not included — factory grilles are appropriate for most installations.
