Well I received this unit on an exchange for another unit that went bad on me. Crutchfield Customer Service is the best I have ever encountered in these days and times. A reason all my car audio purchases have been through them.
This unit has all the flexibility I wanted and actually looks quite a bit better in my dash than the other unit did with the full touch screen. The hook up was effortless with the supplies wire harness and mounting kit. The only raw back I had was it required a new Ipod Cable versus the one I had from my other two Kenwood systems as well as the Kenwood Sirius box would not work with it. It was unable to pass the signal through from the nav unit.
The display is very clear, easy to us, and the fact that it changes colors and thus matches the green dash lights in my Sport Trac had me sold. The head unit is running Infinity rear door speaker and pushing crossed over signals to a Rockford Fosgate 4 channel amp running front Infinity Components as well as a rear bridged mono channel to a MTX underseat Thunderform enclosure. Very good signal source keeps it all clean and the rest of the system working smoothly. Glad to have this unit as the QB of my team.
IPOD - very quick to upload music and read my Nano Navigation - Accurate as my portable unit with a good detailed map. Uses Garmin so cannot really go wrong here. DVD - Great picture, easy to use. Tuner - Good range and clear signal. Looking to go HD soon.

This is the coolest radio I have ever owned. I have had several custom stereos and this one is the best yet! It was a breeze to install and being able to match the factory lighting is nice. It has more features than I will need but if I do it's nice they are there. The touch screen is easy to use and navigate, the IPod interface cable is a must, it controls everything from the deck, I ran the cable to the glove box, plug it in and forget it! The DVD player is great, it is easy to use and entertains the kiddos. Great item, highly recommended.

It is awesome, especially for the price. The unit is so programmable it took me two weeks to learn everything. The sound is wonderful and I have the Sirius unit hooked to it. I would recommend this unit to anyone. It gives you all the expandability and versatility you'll ever need.

I just had this installed in my 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse and it is awesome. The screen is great and the navigation is better than anything I've ever used. The bluetooth (KCA-BT200 works great and importing your phonebook is a really nice feature. There are though two minor flaws withg this system that I have noticed so far. #1: In order to get the traffic reports, weather and stock info, you have to have an XM radio subscription. This would have been nice to have, but it isn't really a deal breaker to me. #2: In order to use a hard drive or flash drive, it has to be in a FAT system, which limits you to 32GB. I have a flash drive(160 GB) that would have been perfect to just throw in the glovebox and plug the USB cable into.
All in all, this system works great for me. Beforehand, I was running all the stuff from my smartphone. I actually enjoy driving now. I must also say thanks to Crutchfield for helping me resolve an issue with MP3 CD playback. If you get this system, don't forget to change the CD Read session to 1 from the initial setting of 2.

We bought this unit for its expandability and features and have been blown away by how awesome this unit really is. We already had a portable Garmin Nuvi unit, and couldn't justify the extra expense of buying a head unit with nav in it. We did however, want a unit that would truly control our iPod with video and be able to have the kids watch a movie in the back while we listen to the radio or iPod in the front. With the additional iPod connector and a monitor for the back passengers we can do just that. Read the list of features and expandable options and be blown away. Add on later with Garmin Navigation, HD Radio, Xm/Sirius, Rear view camera, Pre-amp outputs, subwoofer outputs! Listen to your mp3 collection on a thumb drive through the usb connection!
With the Crutchfield instructions, and the appropriate wiring harnesses and dash trim kits we ordered, we had the unit installed in 30 minutes and it looks like it was always there. I get compliments on it every day, and my kids are absolutely thrilled!!
