I put these in my 91 Lexus LS as a replacement to the aging ones that came stock and they sound EXCELLENT! I turned my volume up all the way and it sounds superb! I would recommend these as a cheap replacement to any other UCF10 LS400 owners.

I've been using kenwood 4" speakers in my dash for many years, and I always thought they sounded as good as any $100 pair, but this latest set was disappointing. They distorted, and didn't reproduce the higher frequencies as clearly as my older sets of kenwoods.

Definately worth the purchase. I would tell a friend, and as a matter of fact I have, spoken to friends about the speakers and especially Crutchfield. Crutchfield supplies you with more than enough for you to get your monies worth, no one comes close. These speakers work great, the sound quality is clear and crisp. If powered by an amp, I can imagine there real abilities, A REALLY GOOD BUY. Thanks Crutchfield Team.

Bought these for a 2001 Honda Odyssey rear speaker replacement, with the factory head unit and no additional amplification. They really don't sound much different from the factory speakers. When I replaced the front speakers some time ago, the improvement was unmistakable so I was expecting greater efficiency (volume) and highs also with rear replacement. They are fairly far away from me in the driver's seat though. Perhaps I was expecting too much but it's disappointing that I have a hard time hearing any difference between factory and these speakers.

I just installed a pair of these in the rear of my '99 Rodeo. It took all of 15 minutes, including liberating the speakers from the box! The sound, for a four-inch speaker is pretty decent. In my setup, I've got JVC's SRS-Auto mode on, so they're acting more as surround speakers, and for that, they add great depth to the sound.
The fronts are the 5-1/4" version of these same speakers. Once I get baffles made up for the front speakers, the system should really sound pretty darned nice, and will sound even better once I add a small sub under the driver's seat.
