Packs quite a punch! My one complaint is the volume settings. There should be a better way of telling what the volume is other than counting the blinks of the blue light. The room optimizer does a fair job optimizing the sound for the room placement. Overall I am satisfied with the sub.

The sub performs quite well with my Polk LSI15/LSI7/CLSI system....The remote control is a very handy feature....I have the subwoofer placed on a side wall, I set the speaker to side wall, easy as that.....

After years of having a 100 watts 8" and 100 RMS watts 10" sub. This sub make me hear every movie and TV programs much better. With the remote feature i could change the sound on every incoming source. When listen to 5.1 it shake my theater seats. It make scene more realistic. I finally found a sub-woofer to my satisfaction.

Very Accurate and Powerful |

I added this to a pair of Polk RTi 8 speakers and am now completely satisified with my sound. It is tremendously powerful and has great frequency response.
I listen to all types of music from country to rap. My favorite artists are Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Sugarland, Kanye West, 2 Pac, etc. The sub EXCELS at reproducing even the lowest notes when listening to rap, and I am equally impressed with it's sound when reproducing the kick drum and punchiness of a rock band such as Buckcherry, Daughtry, or Creed. It is very accurate and sounded as if I was at a live soundstage at a smaller venue.
My only problem now is that I need a more powerful receiver to power my RTi 8's so they can keep up with the DSW 600! I currently have the DSW at about 60% on the volume control and am still experimenting between my receivers crossover for the sub at 100hz or 120hz. I also need to do some more experimenting with the phase control (4 positions on this as opposed to most subs that only have 0 or 180).
