Its even capable of " BD LIVE" with the proper add ons, like ethernet to router and flash stick. A feature which somtyimes comes with Blu - Ray Discs, look for it ! Aside from a simple welcome , its pretty simple , and stunning pictures. Thanks crutchfield for being Pro-Gear , and for lifetime support !

The Sony Blu Ray BDP-S350 certainly has lived up to the hype. The picture
and sound quality are awesome in HD and Dolby DTS.
The remote can be awkward and takes some getting used to, and there is
an upload pause when first playing back, but overall an awesome product
that is more lightweight and slimmer than my Toshiba HD player.

Player boots quickly and picture is amazing. The only thing I would change (so far) is that this player doesn't remember last position of the disc if you eject. Disc dirty and skipping or won't play? Take it out, clean it, then you have to search to where you were. My old Sony DVD player remembers the last 40 discs inserted; I'll really miss that feature and find it quite annoying. It does remember however, if you stop the player and turn it off, it will restart at the point where you left off.

Plugged in the HTMI cable, the wall plug and a network cable to my router and in less than 5 minutes out of the box it was downloading the latest software automatically. I haven't wired it to my sound system yet, but the sound and picture on our Sony 60 inch TV is outstanding. Even home videos that would sometimes hang on our Panasonic DVD player run flawlessly on this player. Would highly reccomend this player.
As usual Crutchfields service was also outstanding. I ordered it late Monday, it shipped the same day and arrived early Thursday (typical of other products we've purchased from Crutchfield).

Been looking at upgrading to blue ray to feed my 46" XBR6 LCD. This player did not disappoint. Blue ray looks awesome but the big surprise is how well it up-converts my current DVD collection. This is a big plus with the limited selection of blue-ray discs. Very pleased with this purchase and Crutchfields service.
