Good replacement for factory speakers |

I replaced the 4 blown original factory speakers on a 97 del sol and the sound quality is pretty good but is lacking bass and unfortunately I like the car to remain stock looking so I don't have too many options, so these will do. The instructions were great and I almost purchased these locally but when all was set and done with the fast shipping, great installation instructions and the free Honda connector, I came out ahead. I had all 4 speakers installed in about a 1/2 hour.

94 Accord Factory Speaker Replacements |

These speakers were purchased to replace the one that had come with the car when we purchased it new in 1994. I am not a stereo system expert so I will not get into the technicality of sound and so on. I am just a regular stereo user. For me the speakers are fine. The sound as good as if not better than the factory ones. The installation was easy and the Crutchfield instructions made it even easier.

Noticeable improvement over the factory speakers in a Subaru Forrester.
Installed with baffles that really improved the bass. Definately worth what
was paid for them. Install was a breeze thanks to Crutchfiled directions
and the provided connectors.

You can never expect much from 6.5's ...so with that said ... these speakers are O.K. better then alot of other 6.5 speakers. if you can go bigger like 6.9 but if stuck like me then go with these ... they replace my son's rear deack on his 1990 Accord with 68.000 orig. miles . He has the Sony 320 deck .. These speakers were so much better then the originals it's not funny ... but still a little short on the base...
Now we have to replace the front door speakers because the sony way over power the door speakers... Install directions were great deliv great
When he gets next check he will order a second pair .. hay for the money ?

I installed 4 of these in my Honda Civic and they sound great. I have used
Infinity, Kicker and Pioneer speakers in the past and I can honestly say
these sound as good as my Inifnity Reference series if not better. The lows
are adequate, but seriously, if you want nice tight punchy base -- invest in
subs.
I gave these a 5/5 due to their price to performance.
