I got the USA-Spec adapter for mating a 120Bg iPod Classic to my 2004 PT Cruiser. I installed the box in the glove compartment and routed the wires through the slots already in the back of the plastic box. The cord to the iPod got routed through a hole I drilled right next to the power socket. I used a Pro-Fit Vehicle Specific Mount and the whole thing went together flawlessly, in about half an hour. I set the DIP switches for Direct mode, and everything operates perfectly from the iPod itself. The sound quality is superb. If I had the right kind of stereo in my two caravans so that I could use this unit, I would not hesitate to buy two more of these!

I bought this for my factory installed radio which is linked to controls on my steering wheel. It was a snap to install and sounds like a dream! I did find that I prefered to put the adaptor box in my glove box for easy access if the cables should ever come loose from it. This item is well worth the $$$ and still being able to use my wheel controls makes it priceess!!! My advice treat yourself its well worth the great sound!

Installed this in my 2003 Ram 1500. Factory radio with ipod classic. Took about 20 minutes to install. Very clear instructions and was simple to install. Setup playlists as instructed and have been very happy with the performance. All functions work as listed. Seek next song from radio controls and up and down to next play list from radio controls. Can't beat it for the money.

This product only works with my iPod, not my iPod Nano. It's software is specific so as you update the software on your iPod, it may not work. The fix from the mfgr is to use the RCA jacks. Music plays OK, but it will not charge the unit as you drive. It's not worth the cost, your better off with a $10 patch cord.

Didn't work in my 2001 Chrysler Prowler. I needed a PA11-HON with a CDL-CJ connector cable. See my review for the PA11-HON
