With the XM Mini-Tuner, XM has revolutionized the way you can receive satellite radio. It's a miniature tuner that you can transfer from one compatible device to another, which lets you get XM in multiple locations, yet requires you to pay only one subscription. With the help of extra accessories, you'll be able to use it at home, with specially-designed portable radios, and in the car (car accessories are not yet available).

At home
You can add the XM Mini-Tuner to your "XM Ready" home audio/video receiver by using the optional Home Dock, which includes a cradle for the XM Mini-Tuner and a home antenna. You'll be able to listen to XM over your home system by plugging the Home Dock into your receiver's dedicated XM input.

Your home receiver must be marked "XM Ready" for the XM Mini-Tuner and its Home Dock to work. You cannot play the Mini-Tuner over a non-XM-ready receiver with standard RCA inputs. Many manufacturers are currently producing XM-ready receivers, including Audiovox, Crosley, Denon, Eton, GPX, Harman Kardon, JVC, LGE, Marantz, Onkyo, Panasonic, Orient Power, Pioneer, Polk Audio, SDI, Samsung, Sharper Image, Sony, and Yamaha.

Take your favorite songs and XM content wherever you go
The XM Mini-Tuner also works with the Samsung neXus to provide reception of live XM signals whenever the neXus is docked in its home or car cradle. The neXus lets you save songs and programs you hear on XM, plus upload some of your favorite MP3 files. You can then use the neXus as a portable player and listen to all your saved content on the go (to get live XM signal, you must dock the neXus in its home or car cradle). The neXus comes with a Mini-Tuner that can be used with other XM-ready products, as long as you have the proper dock for your XM-ready device.

Want to listen in your car, too? When available, optional accessories will allow you to adapt your XM Mini-Tuner to function in both aftermarket and OEM in-dash stereos.

No matter how you use your XM Mini-Tuner, a subscription to XM is required. Once you've assigned your subscription to the Mini-Tuner, you can transfer it between as many compatible devices as you'd like, without having to pay for additional subscriptions.
